음.. 구글링 해보아도 모르겠네요 ㅠㅠ
이 부분때문에 insert 쿼리가 안나가는데 질문 드립니다.

오류 로그를 보니까. findName에서 오류가 발생했네요.
두가지를 수정해야 합니다.
1. JPQL 수정
select m from MEMBER m -> JPQL에서 엔티티명 필드명은 자바 코드를 기본으로 따라갑니다. 따라서 다음과 같이 수정해주세요.
select m from Member m
2. 파라미터 입력 수정
.setParameter(name, name) -> 왼쪽에 변수명이 들어갔습니다. 다음과 같이 "name"으로 변경해주세요.
.setParameter("name", name)
