보면서 설치하고 있는데

vagrant plugin install vagrant-vbguest vagrant-disksize

이게 안되서 여기 게시글과 LLM에 물어보니

ssl, 무시 http요청을 시도해봤는데 안됐습니다

플러그인을 설치 안해서 그런지
vagrant up 명령어로 실행이 안되는것 같습니다.
