“생각의 틀”을 깨기

 Until now, I have thought that organizational capacity can never escape the leader's capacity. I doubted this again, and now that I think about it, wrong preconceived notions... 

If capacity of the follower is bigger than the leader's capacity, if they have the qualities of a leader, if they want, and then change it.

Even if I try for a hundred years, I wonder if I can be bigger than my leader's capacity. Maybe nobody gets off the rock. So there's no chance that I’ll be a leader of myself. I don't think it will be a leader of myself even if I grow my capacity as much as I can.

As the distance from my leader gets closer, I am surprised by the size of it.
