docker login이 안됩니다. (desktop과 git bash에서)

추가로 아래 명령 수행하도 Error 가 나오고 있습니다. 어제는 별 문제 없이 사용했었습니다.(어제 처음 실행) $ docker pull devwikirepo/hello-nginxUsing default tag: latestError response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
