과제제출에 오류가 납니다.
conda create -n base python=3.6을 cmd에 쓰니 CondaValueError: The target prefix is the base prefix. Aborting. 라고 나오면 어떻게 해야할까요?

1.python 은 되고 conda 는 아래처럼 나오는데 되는건지 모르겠네요. conda is a tool for managing and deploying applications, environments and packages. [Experimental] search Search for packages and display associated information. The input is a MatchSpec, a query language for conda packages.
