Incorrect voices and subtitles (ENG + VI)

Hello!Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After checking, we found that the issue where non-Korean audio does not play in certain units is caused by a technical error. Our team is already working on a fix.Additionally, the missing audio and subtitles will be regenerated soon. Regarding the multilingual dubbing, it seems that the variation in the instructor’s voice is due to the AI voice synthesis process. If the original subtitles were extracted correctly, both translated subtitles and dubbed audio are generated from the same content. However, because AI voices are synthesized per unit, the tone may sound slightly different across lessons. Thank you for your understanding. If you could let us know which specific units are affected or provide more details about the issue, we’d be happy to investigate further!
