Hello and Welcome!

Hi, I’m Karen — originally from Liverpool, England, now coaching clients around the world. I’m a Chartered Public Relations and Communications professional, a certified coach, and a trusted advisor to global leaders navigating growth, transition, and meaningful change. I’ve spent the past 11 years working in tech, alongside other industries, helping people communicate with impact and lead with confidence. I'm a lifelong learner who believes the best investment you can make is in yourself, to improve in some way. I've spent a good amount of time in the tech hubs of Silicon Valley, Austin and London.

For the past six years I've coached dozens of South Koreans from companies like Google, LEGO, AutoCAD, NAVER, TOSS, Samsung, Hanwha, Umicore and Gowoonsesang Cosmetics Co., Ltd , L'Oréal Groupe supporting them to:

I’ve led multicultural teams, advised global organisations, and built a location-independent career from wherever I happen to be, whether at home or on the move. I speak Spanish, French, and some Russian, and I understand the cultural nuances of standing out in today’s global workplace.
