eslint를 추가하였지만 동작을 안합니다.

.eslintrc.js 또는 .esilntrc.json이 아니라 eslint.config.js 파일이 생성되던데 잘못된건가요?npm install eslint-plugin-react --save-dev 해도 안되네요
