There are many instances of overlapping lectures, and the sound noise and the lecturer's voice seem to need some adjustment. It's a shame.

It was easy to follow because it was basic stuff. I think it would have been good if you had taught more advanced stuff too! And you tend to have a bit of a sagging tone and voice;;; but I think it would be better if you had a tone and manner that would allow the listener to focus.

It really helped me a lot. Especially on learning how to deliver the information through the card news. Thank you so much.
