This lecture was so informative that I regret only finishing it now. I felt the thrill of having the countless questions that arose while performing my first role as a PO finally organized. Of course, one cannot master everything about the PM/PO role through a single course, but I want to say that this lecture helped me at least establish the right direction and gain a clear perspective. This course was incredibly helpful for me as a 4-year PM preparing for a career change.
