It's great because the basics of Docker are explained so clearly and easily, making it easy to understand. The inclusion of hands-on exercises is also good for thinking things through while practicing.

I haven't taken many courses before, but among all the courses I've studied so far, this one has the cleanest and even prettiest slides. It's easy to understand, and although I've only listened to a little bit so far, I think this is what well-prepared course materials and the essence of good teaching should be.
