I've attended both offline and online sessions, but since it's absolutely difficult to internalize everything in just one go, I'm repeatedly listening to them, and I think that's effective for learning. Also, rather than trying to apply everything I heard in the lectures from the beginning, I practice one thing at a time - today I'll apply the instructor's know-how for eliminating nervousness, tomorrow I'll practice presenting while correcting my pronunciation. Of course, I also purchased and read the book...
