Thank you for sharing your real struggles and experiences. I was particularly curious about how you proceeded with the project with the overseas sales team. The part where you shared the trial and error process as-is was especially valuable. I'd also like to say you did a great job! I enjoyed the parts where you summarized the workflow of combining various tools to create the final output. Looking at the results you shared, I found myself going "Wow..."
Question 1: Throughout the session, you mentioned things like "Now is the right time for AI video, we need to do it now." After several months of sprinting, do you believe this form of business is sustainable? If so, are the team members willing to refine and develop this business further? I'd love to hear the reasoning if possible.
Question 2: You mentioned using AI during the planning stage when creating videos. However, when I tried to utilize it for video creation, I found it particularly difficult to use during the planning stage. Beyond simply "quickly generating a storyboard," I'm curious if you have any documented tacit knowledge or workflows in this area.
Areas for improvement: Some participants had poor audio quality, and since it was a recording, the attached videos appeared choppy and screen sharing was sometimes laggy. For example, storyboard captures - at what level of satisfaction you moved to the next step - I think these are quite valuable know-hows, but the attached material screens were small and had to be zoomed in to view properly.
