start 명령어로 running을 안하면 명령어를 바꿔야될까요 아니면 오류일까요?

sudo docker exec -it WP /bin/bash

(사진)docker start WP 를 해도 컨테이너가 동작하지는 않지만 -a 로 전체 컨테이너를 조회하면 있습니다.
