It was great that you explained it concisely and in an easy-to-understand way along with the coding. I think it would have been good to also check the code for the homework part about data transmission from server to client... It would be nice to have the answer source code for verification after trying it myself.

It seems like it would be good to change the lecture method. In particular, it seems like it would be good to explain in detail the design content of how to proceed with the last lecture through winform and explain the code based on the pre-written code. The reason for using singleton, etc.. (It would be good to refer to the lecture content of the person who teaches tcp/ip with cpp in inflearn.) If the lecture method is to proceed as live coding, it would be good to explain it sufficiently.

First of all, if you know C# knowledge such as delegates, properties, dictionaries, lists, and lambdas, this is a lecture that will help you understand better. It's a good lecture to acquire socket programming knowledge and TCP knowledge, and it seems like a great lecture because it explains asynchronous and synchronous separately! I'm being greedy, but... I think it would be better if there were a few more lectures on handling Winform as an appendix!
