🙋 Please read this carefully before attending the lecture!
Not all developers can make it to the Nekaraku Cup. Just as we all receive the same education in school, we can't go to SKY (of course, it's not because we didn't study).
You chose the path of credits rather than studying, but you entered the developer field late in life. Are you feeling lost in the developer job market and unprepared for a career change?
Companies also vary widely, from large corporations to mid-sized companies, startups, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Some developers started out because they loved development, but for countless SI and SM developers like me, who started out as a breadwinner and wondered, "Why am I stuck at a SME, working full-time on API, CRUD, and so on?" I'll share career paths that can realistically boost your salary.
You don't have to compete in the Nekaraku Cup to become a great developer. Developers who consistently pursue their own values in the right direction will ultimately grow.
As you work in a company, you will see developers who started out because they really liked developing, but if they start out as a livelihood developer, they will grow into developers who live a "repetitive life of commuting from work to home like a pendulum" without any specific goals.
There's a lot of work at the company, technical debt remains unchanged, and startups and established companies seem to be growing with new technology stacks. Can I change jobs?
I, too, am a developer who started out poorly, starting at a four-person family business, then working at a small to mid-sized company, with delayed paychecks, and then working full-time, wondering why I had to live like this. I've compiled this e-book to provide developers who want to grow further and find the best way to navigate their current situation with the right direction and cost-effective information.
Many developers prepare for a job change with various concerns.
Any new challenge always makes people hesitate.
The mind starts to feel like it can do it right now, but reality is not as leisurely as you think.
I'm tired of work life, so I'm going to take a break and do something!
When should I write a resume? Where and how should I start?
Are you still worrying about the following after work today?
I'm also an incredibly lazy developer. The most important thing in any endeavor is to act now.
If you want to change jobs, you need to go home, watch OTT, have a cold beer, and say goodbye to chicken for a while.
There are trade-offs in everything.
Rather than a brief moment of happy comfort, I recommend starting to study for the troublesome and difficult job change.
Starting to prepare for a career change won't guarantee you a dramatic landing at a great company, but if you consistently prepare, you can improve your current company's salary, technology stack, and work direction.
There are many reasons why people prepare for a job change.
The most difficult part of a job change is usually when you're on the edge of a precipice within your company. The desperate need to escape often leads to an emotional approach rather than rational judgment.
If you rush through the process, you'll likely end up moving to a company you can immediately grasp, rather than the one you're most comfortable with. This increases the likelihood of the same situation happening again. While all things require effort, having the right direction will help you make the best possible decisions. The more urgent the situation, the more you need advice from others. We offer a career change guide that can guide you through this emotionally challenging time.
You can quickly acquire the various know-how on success and failure required for the basic steps of finding a developer job. This knowledge is based on seven years of experience preparing for job changes on an annual basis and acquiring diverse interview successes and failures.
Finding job-changing experience requires searching blogs, Blind, and various job-changing platforms, but it requires a tremendous amount of time and effort. Don't miss out on the know-how of professional job-changers, available at a glance.
The know-how for this question is summarized in the e-book.
If you need some practical experience, I highly recommend it .
In a way, when a person is born and gets a job, it is a means to solve the basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter.
Since money is essential to my basic life, I always need to be prepared to change jobs if I can increase my salary and achieve my goals faster and in a better way than others.
How developers can increase their salaries
There are many ways to increase your salary, but the most reasonable way to achieve a realistic salary increase is to change jobs. Everyone, get started! If you start late, you'll end up receiving whatever your company offers.
You need to feel like updating yourself now. If you're determined to keep up, this is a know-how that will save you a lot of effort and time. If you're ready, don't miss it.
Hello, I am Manager Ang, a professional.
I work as a senior back-end software engineer with diverse domain experience in SI, SM, e-commerce, travel, mobility, and HR.
I lived like a frog in a well at an SI company from my late 20s to my mid-30s, but after escaping the company I worked for for 7 years at the age of 37, I experienced various service platform companies and would like to share the know-how of a professional job changer with developers who, like me, are living their unfortunate 20s and 30s as seen in Goody and Gadi.
After successfully changing jobs every 1-2 years for 7 years since I turned 37, I have organized everything I was curious about, from numerous document rejections, first-round rejections, and final rejections to assignments, coding tests, passing the first and second rounds, and salary negotiations.
