A Team Building and Problem Solving Guide for Successful Side Projects

Presentation Session: A Team Building and Problem Solving Guide for Successful Side Projects

Developers ' expectations and criteria for success vary from side projects, but the reasons for failure are often similar. This presentation will highlight what it takes to succeed with side projects, particularly highlighting how side projects can be an opportunity to develop problem-solving skills. We'll introduce clear goal setting and sharing for effective team building, as well as ways to strengthen problem-solving skills that arise during collaboration . We hope this presentation will provide practical help by providing perspective on the purpose of side projects and technical tips for coordinating opinions and aligning ideas.
*Anyone interested in side projects can listen, regardless of their job title.
