I gave up on math in high school, and just took statistics classes in college. I ended up getting a master's degree in computer science, and I'm reviewing middle and high school math to study linear algebra. Thank you for making this lecture so that I can recap through basic lectures like this.

Please make the engineering math lectures easy like this one.

What you will gain after the course

  • It covers only the content necessary for engineering mathematics from the middle school mathematics curriculum.

  • We only cover the content necessary for engineering mathematics from the high school mathematics curriculum.

People who gave up on math during their school days or people who learned math so long ago that they have forgotten much of it

If you are an adult and want to take up industrial mathematics,

You will find it very difficult to start learning industrial mathematics because your basics are weak.

So, I'm going back to studying and taking online classes for middle and high school math to build a foundation.

However, I found out that the existing online classes for middle and high school math were too difficult and had too much content to keep up with.

Since existing online classes for middle and high school mathematics are classes taken by students taking the CSAT,

It is a large volume because it explains all the content included in regular math subjects.

It is difficult because it is conducted by memorizing the types of difficult questions that appear in the entrance exam.

However, if you study only industrial mathematics on your own regardless of the college entrance exam,

The content of high school mathematics, which is its foundation, is neither that extensive nor that difficult.

This lecture selects and explains in detail only the contents necessary for industrial mathematics from the regular mathematics courses in middle and high schools.

In almost all content, I tried to explain the principles and the problem-solving process as simply and in detail as possible.

I created this course so that you don't suddenly hit a wall with difficult content, and so that you can study as if you were walking on a gentle slope.

The middle school course of this lecture consists of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade courses, and the high school course consists of Advanced Mathematics 1 and 2, Mathematics 1, Mathematics 2, and Matrix/Vector courses.

If you take this course, you will study industrial mathematics in the following order.

  • Middle and High School Mathematics for Industrial Mathematics (this lecture)

  • College Calculus 1, 2, 3 (Other online college courses)

  • Subjects of industrial mathematics (differential equations (Fourier), linear algebra, vector calculus, complex analysis, etc. - other online university lectures)

If you take this course and build a solid foundation in middle and high school mathematics, you will be able to master college calculus and industrial mathematics without much difficulty.

Thank you for the great review. Since you have studied this course diligently, you will likely feel that "these subjects weren't actually that big of a deal" when you study University Calculus and Engineering Mathematics. I hope you continue to enjoy your studies and sincerely wish that you achieve everything you aim for.
