Every organization and company sets management goals every year and strives to achieve them. Just because there are goals does not mean that all results are the same. Results vary depending on management coaching for performance achievement, such as how the goals are achieved, how they are implemented, and what efforts the organization members are making to achieve them.

In this course, we will teach you how to apply performance management tools such as BSC, MBO, and OKR for performance management, and how to manage organizational performance, such as goal setting, goal confirmation, and performance coaching, based on case studies.

You can learn the role of a leader and performance coaching methods for performance management, and learn empathy, feedback, and evaluation methods for performance improvement so that you can reflect them in the organization's performance management.
