Learn Google Spreadsheet Basics by Following

Those who are already good at using Excel can work more effectively, efficiently, and in less time by using Google Spreadsheets.

This is not a complete list of Google Spreadsheets, but rather a collection of only the things I use to preprocess data in my field.

Google Sheets and Apps Script work automation that even those with no coding experience can do! I will teach you in the easiest way possible by creating examples that can be used in actual work.

Are you still using Google Sheets simply like Excel? If you use Google Sheets properly, you can significantly reduce the time spent on collecting data through copy-pasting, getting confused by the latest files, and fixing formula errors. Try automatically operating reports and dashboards that are always up-to-date based on real-time data connections.

Are you losing time to these recurring weekly tasks—organizing meeting minutes, writing reports, and compiling materials? This course does not simply list how to use Gemini. Instead, you will work through the practical task of “introducing a new AI tool to our team” from start to finish: researching with Deep Research → understanding with NotebookLM → sharing with Canvas → managing with Sheets → automating with Workspace Studio → and turning decision-making criteria into reusable assets with Gems. This is not a lecture; it is a workshop. You need to pause the videos and follow along hands-on. By the end, you will have learned more than how to use these tools—you will have developed a new way of working in which AI creates the drafts and you make the decisions.
