The scale of state property in Korea exceeded 1,000 trillion won in 2016 and has shown a steady increasing trend, reaching approximately 1,369 trillion won as of 2023.

This course consists of content including the concept and management of state property, disposal restrictions and use permits, disposal of general property, sale, exchange, development, contribution in kind, and price determination of disposed property. Since this is a law dealing with tangible assets of economic value called state-owned property, experts with extensive practical experience will provide easy-to-understand explanations of only the core points.
