The course itself was very well-organized from start to finish. I think this course focused not just on how to write a resume, but on how to understand myself better and effectively present myself...! I especially liked the explanation of the mindset provided in the intro and outro. It's easy to lose your way when writing a resume, but this helped me get my bearings and was a great help. Also, it was interesting that they covered even the small details, such as the history of resumes and the etiquette for requesting feedback. The most important anti-pattern cases and practical examples were also systematically organized, so I was able to grasp the resume writing process at a glance. Based on this process, I'm confident that I can make a much more upgraded result by revising my existing resume! In addition, it included hands-on practice, so I was able to see for myself how to actually complete a resume. It was much easier to understand because I could see the process of organizing my experiences and visualizing the flow of my thoughts :) It was a course that was really helpful in many ways. Thank you for providing such a good course! 👍

This lecture will be very helpful not only to new developers who are writing their resumes for the first time, but also to those who are preparing for a career change. I often do mentoring to give feedback on my resume or portfolio, and I learned a lot from it. In particular, it was explained section by section, so I was able to understand how to write each item. And since it includes a practical process, I was able to apply it to my resume right away. I hope those who are preparing for employment and a career change will watch this and find it very helpful!

I watched many videos on YouTube about writing a resume, but since they were not specialized for developers, I had a hard time applying them to actual writing, and then I took this course. First of all, I am very satisfied. As a developer, you clearly organized what parts I should write and emphasize, and as a reviewer, you told me what parts to look at, so I knew exactly what direction I should write. It was a very informative lecture, to the point where I stopped and kept taking notes during the lecture. In particular, the self-introduction example in 'What not to do' was so similar to the self-introduction I wrote that I was really surprised. I will improve my resume based on the lecture content! Thank you for sharing valuable information! I really enjoyed it!

What you will gain after the course

  • Resume writing practice sessions together, not just theoretical explanations

  • Resumes and Recruitment from the Perspective of a Document Reviewer

  • Problems with the developer resume writing process

  • Differences in document screening pass rates based on application methods

  • Developer resume anti-patterns that are seen very often

  • The resume improvement process for various development roles, including entry-level, junior, and experienced positions.

Not a resume written by AI on your behalf,

The fundamental resume writing method at a level that even AI should learn

AI writes well. However, you are the one who must personally review and judge whether it was “written well.”

Without a standard, AI only increases efficiency but cannot guarantee the quality of the results.

I hope you will use this course to learn about the essence of a resume before utilizing AI.

(I want to film a lecture on utilizing AI as well, but I haven't been able to due to a lack of time. I apologize.)

[1] Are you going to write your resume based only on theoretical knowledge?

Through hundreds of mentoring sessions and resume workshops, I have proven that clear examples and a structured writing pipeline are more effective than mere verbal explanations. You are welcome to judge for yourself by reading the heartfelt reviews.

Additionally, through this course, many people have upgraded their previously plain resumes and successfully passed recruitment at famous companies such as Toss, Karrot, Coupang, and Kakao.

Through the hands-on writing practice, let's go beyond abstract experiences and go through the process of materializing your personal experiences to create great results.

[2] The recruitment trend has changed.
Don't be frustrated by your resume's acceptance rate!

Easy-to-apply one-click recruitment platforms have emerged.

Are you also applying to dozens of places a day? And are you feeling frustrated because the acceptance rate is low? 😥

Shouldn't we understand how the recruitment market has changed and why the acceptance rate is inevitably low?

We recently surveyed the number of applications and the pass rates of applicants and found that the pass rate is approximately 4–8%.
And after failing the document screening, they tend to keep trying to improve their resumes.

Why is that?

Despite there being so many great examples of resumes on Google, online courses, and communities, why do people still say their resumes feel flat, disappointing, or confusing?

Is it because there is too much information? No.

"It's because both the pass rate and resume writing have focused only on the result and on theory."

So, I have sincerely prepared this lecture to show you how to focus on the process and to permanently improve your resume writing skills.

This is a great lecture that I can recommend to junior to mid-career applicants and recruiters. The lecture is well explained in easy words from the applicant's perspective. The instructor's diction is good, so the lecture content is easy to understand! General lectures for each job group often have writing skill content, but since the content is specialized content for developer resumes, there are many skills that can be practically acquired. In terms of the curriculum, the composition that starts with mindset and brainstorming was good. It is also good to summarize the lecture content because the learning objectives are introduced and organized by section. Since it is a format that conducts practice with specific cases for each area of the resume, you can write your resume yourself through the lecture. It also includes feedback-related content, so it is helpful for both the person receiving and giving resume feedback. Personally, I liked the content on tunnel vision. This lecture is also helpful for recruiters who are doing practical work. Junior recruitment is greatly affected by recruitment trends. Unless you are a human resources expert, it is difficult to use resources to analyze changing trends, but this lecture reduces fatigue from the recruiter's perspective. You can learn methods for analyzing resumes. There are many people who are not good at writing resumes despite having good skills, but this helps you discover hidden capabilities in resumes that are covered up. The content on anti-patterns helps you objectively analyze resumes wrapped in modifiers. I will try to use the WWHR-based concretization method to extract interview questions from resumes. In order to write a good resume and find the talents needed for the organization, you will need quality experience to support it. I thought this lecture was valuable in that it made me think about how I should approach my work as a developer. Since the instructor's experience is rich and specific, I thought again about what kind of attitude I should have in reality, not in an ideal. Thank you for helping me establish my identity as a developer.

It was good that you pointed out the parts that only came to mind abstractly when I was making my resume concrete. Thanks to you, I was able to find a direction thanks to you well-incorporating your concerns about a good resume that can be referenced by both new and experienced people. Thank you!

It was a very informative lecture that I had to fill my notebook with notes. This lecture helped me understand what was lacking in my resume and what I should improve. What really struck me during the lecture was the part where the reviewer continuously mentioned how to view a resume. Since I was directly dealing with the resumes that reviewers actually feel tired of and the resumes that they choose, I was able to learn how to write a resume properly. Thank you for making such a great lecture!

After organizing my resume for the first time, I received feedback from acquaintances such as, ‘It feels neat overall, but my abilities are not well displayed, so it’s bland.’, ‘I’m not curious anymore because my abilities are not displayed.’ I received feedback like this. I was at a loss as to where to start editing, but I got a lot of hints from the lecture. In particular, the method of reviewing the work I had done through ‘brainstorming’ was very helpful in improving my existing bland resume content into ‘specific content.’ There were some general contents, but I could feel that the instructor had prepared the lecture a lot through the lecture structure and smooth progress.
