Probability and statistics is a subject that most people take at least once during their undergraduate studies. However, when you try to study fields that are currently trending, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and robotics, the knowledge of probability and statistics gained in college often feels insufficient. I felt the same way. Through trial and error during my studies, I realized the need for a more mathematical and in-depth study of probability theory, at least within certain limited topics, if not across all areas.

And now, several years later, I have prepared this lecture to facilitate an easy understanding of several topics and to share more in-depth content. I have made an effort to introduce the material simply while covering theories with a certain level of depth. I sincerely hope this helps those taking the course gain a higher level of knowledge in probability.
