We will create a shooting game in Swift using a 2D game engine called SpriteKit. The lecture is structured in an easy-to-understand manner so that even those unfamiliar with programming can follow along.

How to use Xcode
In this course, you'll learn about Apple's SpriteKit game engine, then use what you've learned to create your own game, ultimately completing a short shooter. We'll use Swift 5.0, developed by Apple, as our coding language.
Each chapter provides an easy-to-understand explanation of the theory and grammar necessary to implement the features, then teaches you how to code and apply them directly to your game. Each lesson title describes the core technologies used in the game.
Don't worry! As you take this course, you'll discover that you can create games even if you don't know all the syntax of Swift or how to use a game engine.
All code used in the lectures is also available on the instructor's Github. The assets required for the exercises are provided individually for each lecture.
