Real Estate Feasibility Study and Risk Management Practice

We summarize the essential feasibility items that must be checked throughout the entire real estate development process, from the land acquisition stage to the final investment decision, from a practical perspective. We present methods for systematically classifying risk factors at each stage and analyzing them to diagnose the actual profitability and feasibility of the project. Through this, we focused on internalizing analytical capabilities to see through the intrinsic value of a project and derive the optimal direction for business promotion.
