You will learn NoSQL technology, one of the basic technologies of full stack and data science technology used in the latest startups, which can handle big data. MongoDB is the easiest and fastest NoSQL technology to use. In this lecture, you will learn the basics of MongoDB in a short period of time and learn how to use MongoDB with Python.
[Shared] Updates related to MongoDB installation
Hello. This is Dave Lee from Janjaemi Coding.
The reason is that, in relation to MongoDB installation, we have updated and shared information for both Mac and Linux environments.
I've seen many technologies, but I've never seen a technology whose installation method has changed as drastically as MongoDB.
Even, the installation tends to become more complicated as time goes by. Furthermore, it is not easy to quickly find the necessary parts in the guide. (Of course, in the case of Linux, if you use Docker, which comes out in Full Stack Part 3, the installation may be a little easier, but this part is not in the scope of this lecture, so I guided how to install it directly on Linux.)
The mongodb_basic_open.ipynb material in the Understanding Big Data and NoSQL chapter has also been updated with regard to installation.
We've also updated the video for Mac and Linux installation environments.
In addition, I plan to review and update the entire lecture. If there is any issue, please write to dream@fun-coding.org or leave a message in the Q&A section, and I will check and reflect it in the update.
thank you
