[n8n Beginner Course] How to Design n8n + AI Workflows
Simply talking to an AI service isn’t enough. True productivity transformation begins with “automated workflows” in which AI organizes the news, writes reports, and categorizes data even while I’m asleep. This course covers everything about n8n, the most powerful tool that enables non-developers with no coding knowledge to automate complex tasks using nothing more than drag and drop.

Hello, this is Lim Jeong. Thank you to all the students for your interest in and for listening to the n8n course.
This course was originally conducted as a six-week completion challenge (OT live session → weekly missions → mid-course check-in → final reflection), but since it only transferred the videos from that process, guidance such as “Why is it in this order?”, “How far should I follow along?”, and “How do I enter JSON?” was missing. Reflecting the feedback you provided in your course reviews, I have reorganized and added the materials used in the challenge.

Section 1 「📘 Learning Guide (OT) + n8n Comprehensive Summary」
Attached PDF, “n8n Complete Summary,” 26 pages. Learning guide, 3T framework, data structures (items · JSON), JSON syntax, expressions (
$json·$('노드')· dates · strings · arrays), putting JSON into an LLM and receiving JSON (Basic LLM Chain · Structured Output Parser · differences between Gemini and OpenAI formats), essential node catalog, credentials and API keys, self-hosting options, troubleshooting guide, weekly missions, and learning roadmap. The issue you mentioned in your course review—“The format for entering JSON differs for each LLM, which is confusing”—is covered in Section 6.
“📝 Lesson N Mission” below each lesson in Sections 2–7
I’ve noted the basic mission (build it exactly as shown in the lecture), the additional mission (adapt it to your own work), practice example links, and the points where learners often get stuck in that lesson.
Listen to it like this
First watch it all the way through once, then load and run the completed JSON to ensure you have a “working state” before building it yourself from a blank canvas. Allow 2–3 times the video length for each lesson.
Change the Workflow Settings Timezone to Asia/Seoul before starting. The default is New York, USA, so scheduled times will be off.
If you get stuck, first follow the self-diagnosis sequence in section 10 of the summary (rerun the node → red “undefined” → two input lines → filename).

Hello to all Inflearn students.
We invite you to the n8n meetup in Gangnam, Seoul!
We will meet on the evening of Friday, September 4th, in Gangnam to discuss automation and networking.
At this meetup,
• Sharing the latest n8n news and insights from n8n Fest 2026
• Live demo of native CLI / MCP support
• Corporate n8n adoption and operation case studies
will be shared together.
This is a place for university students, office workers, and practitioners who have used n8n at least once to share their workflows and challenges. Create new connections with people who are solving the same problems!
🗓 Friday, September 4, 2026, 19:00–22:00
