- Applicants must have graduated from a 4-year university or have an equivalent degree, have at least 1 year of experience in information protection and personal information protection, and have at least 6 years of combined experience in information protection/personal information protection or information technology.
- Applicants for a two-year associate degree must have eight years of experience in information protection/personal information protection/information technology, applicants for a three-year associate degree must have seven years of experience, and applicants for a high school graduate must have ten years of experience.
