How Office Workers Who Leave on Time Use AI: A Practical Introduction to Claude Code

If you’ve tried AI but get different results every time, or you’re not sure whether it’s okay to put company materials into it, this course has the answer. Using a five-step process (Choose · Input · Instruct · Verify · Preserve) refined through AI training for employees at more than 20 large companies, you’ll practice safely delegating repetitive tasks to Claude Code and verifying the results against the originals.

What you will gain after the course

  • A work folder for assigning repetitive tasks to AI

  • Criteria for determining what to entrust to AI and what requires human approval

  • Masking Rules and How to Identify Items Prohibited from Being Entered into AI Systems

  • How to Write STICC Instructions

  • A verification habit of checking for anything the AI omitted or added

  • How to avoid repeating the same explanation every time

Have you ever had an experience like this?

  • AI results are inconsistent every time.

  • I'm not sure whether it's okay to enter company materials.

  • When AI says "confirmed," you just end up believing it.

  • I have to repeat the same explanation from the beginning every time.

Writing an answer and doing the work are different. This course is not about using a chatbot to get answers to your questions. It covers the agent-based approach, where AI directly reads and calculates files in your folder and even leaves a result file. The only tool you need is Claude Code, and no coding knowledge is required.

One of My Tasks, Five Steps

  1. Choose a task
    — Decide what to delegate to AI. Let AI organize materials and prepare drafts, while people handle conclusions and sending.
In the exercise, you will break down a monthly performance report into steps and actually delegate them.

  2. Safely adding information
    — Before giving materials to AI, check safety first. Learn masking rules and apply them directly to sample contract and request documents.
It is important to conceal the information while preserving the relationships necessary for judgment.

  3. Give precise instructions
    — Instead of simply saying “Please organize this,” write an STICC instruction that fills in five fields: situation, task, intent, conditions, and concerns.
Rather than having the AI execute it immediately, first review and approve the plan it creates, then proceed.

  4. Validate against the source
    — "Confirmed" does not mean it passes. Cross-check numbers, quotations, and sources against the original,
and give the AI criteria so it can find errors on its own. Anything that ultimately cannot be verified should be left as 'Needs verification'.

  5. Leave it so it can be reused
    — Store rules to follow every time in a CLAUDE.md file, and recurring procedures as skills.
Wrap up with a hands-on exercise that connects to Google Sheets, reads the data, and creates charts and a weekly report all at once.

Deliverable after the course: My work folder

Rather than ending with the experience of “having tried AI,” you will have a work folder that shows, “This task is delegated this way using these materials and these rules.”
A work process that only one person knew becomes a document that anyone can use again.

This is how the class is conducted.

  • 39 short videos (approximately 6 hours) + hands-on AI exercises for each part

  • The practical exercises provide sample materials and prompts.

  • No prior knowledge is required.

What This Course Does Not Cover

Development exercises such as frontend, backend, and deployment; connections that require MCP server creation and authentication; and automations such as automatic sending, approval, and deletion are not covered.
