High-Speed Embedded Board Design Project (feat. Smartphone)

A hands-on course on AP-based high-speed motherboard design as required in the field by Samsung, LG, Hyundai Motor, Hanwha Systems, and the robotics/industrial equipment industries. Using the RK3399 SOM as the reference, the course integrates PMIC power sequencing, LPDDR4 constraints (length/impedance/return path), and USB3/HDMI/MIPI/PCIe design into a single workflow, producing complete deliverables including design rationale documentation, schematic creation, layout design, and the bring-up inspection sequence.
