I learned a lot about various AWS services!
Various services of Amazon Web Services
Configuring services using AWS
Secure Account and Service Management in AWS
IAM, EC2, S3, RDS
Create your own service using AWS's core services!
This is a lecture from the AWS Basics course, which follows the AWS Beginner Course.
I created this online course based on my experience teaching AWS offline to users, developers, startups, and large corporations.
Those who are just getting started with AWS often find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer number of services available after logging into the AWS Management Console. This course was created for those people.
The diagram above illustrates the architecture created using EC2 and VPC, which we'll cover in this course. After completing this course, you'll understand everything depicted in this diagram and be able to create your own.
This lecture covers the most important core services in AWS. Among these, IAM and VPC are essential elements for learning AWS and applying them in your work. I highly recommend taking the course to learn them.
Through this course, you'll learn that there's no need to be intimidated by the sheer number of different services available. Once you master the core services in this course, you'll be able to develop the skills to learn the rest on your own.
We plan to continue covering various services through the AWS lecture series in the future.

I would like to give it 4.5 stars, but it is impossible to rate it in decimals. However, it is too bad to give it 4, so I will just give it 5. In my case, I skimmed through an introductory AWS concept book, and I have some understanding of servers and networks. So I didn't have much difficulty following the lecture. It was good that I could look at the core functions of AWS in a short period of time. Rather than boring explanations in detail, I liked the simple and easy examples and explanations. If there is one thing that was not good, it would be that the explanations were lacking for beginners. And since the instructor has a pattern that he keeps using, he explains it based on examples that he is familiar with. Rather than IDs like glumin or lukee, it would have been better if he had created meaningful accounts like admin_a or dev_a. The names for each item were too impromptu, which was confusing. The additional lectures were good for the lacking parts, and the instructor's personal humor was also good for my taste.
Thank you for your long and thoughtful review. I will take note of the content you wrote and reflect it to improve the next lecture.
