What You'll Learn

• Import the XLSX file into your Google Sheets copy and connect it to Claude.

• Check cell addresses, relative references, simple multiplication, conditions, and totals.

• Compare the original records in the two CSVs with the pre-provided 44-row consolidated table.

• Distinguish exact duplicates from ID conflicts, cancellations from returns, and date errors from unit price errors.

• Verify weekly boundaries, confirmed net sales, and the customer table and chart

• Add a new row to extend the formula range, then restore the test value

• Complete an independent task from scratch using new 14-row data

Course structure

23 videos, about 67 minutes. One lesson introducing separate practice materials. Cartoon guide + real Google Sheets and Claude operation screens + enlarged freeze frames + Korean male AI voice-over and subtitles.

We provide the starter file, CSV, practice table, step-by-step prompts, workbook, independent assignment, and verification examples.

What You Need to Get Started

You need a computer, Chrome, a Google account with permission to edit Google Sheets, and access to Claude on the web with the Google Sheets connector available.

Enable Google Sheets under Claude’s + menu → Connectors. Don’t confuse it with attaching Google Drive files.

According to the official guidance, Workspace connectors are available to all users, though organization accounts may require admin approval. Check usage limits and availability for each account.

We do not use a separate Claude extension within the API, Apps Script, or Sheets.

The screen is based on Mac, and Windows shortcuts are also listed in the course materials.

Learning scope

This is a weekly report project for a single transaction. The 44-row consolidation sheet is provided; you will not start consolidating from a blank sheet.

Tax filings, closing, bank deposit and withdrawal reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable reconciliation, large-volume processing, and scheduled automatic execution are not included.

Practice in Google Sheets. The completed XLSX is for comparing values, not a template in which all formulas run in Excel.
