This is a video I watched before I got a job, but I was able to understand it better after I started working. There are many good places, but it seems that many of them have a strong SI character. In many cases, they do not receive meaningful solution costs due to low-cost contracts, so the profit structure may not be much different from that of a human resources provider. Not only profit, but also in terms of work, solution upgrades and management are not good, and even though the customization ratio is high, under the title of solution... The development cost is low, so the burden on developers may be high. The development structure and technology may be old compared to the recent market. The advantage is that you can gain domain knowledge and experience. As I write this, I see that it also includes the contents mentioned in the lecture.
