This is a lecture that everyone who wants to become a developer should definitely watch before getting a job/changing jobs. It was easy to understand because it pointed out the profit structure and pros and cons from a developer's perspective, not just a simple definition, and it helped me a lot in deciding on my career direction. I am a SI career developer and I decided to change jobs because I was disappointed with the improvement of my technical skills, but since I have no experience other than SI, I was at a loss as to which company to go to. Then I found this lecture and was able to get a clear answer and confidence. Thank you for sharing the information you have accumulated through your long experience in this lecture. If there are people around me who are thinking about getting a job/changing jobs, I will definitely recommend it π
