It helped me understand the classification of development companies and what kind of characteristics each company has. I think this lecture will be helpful to those who want to challenge themselves in development and those who are learning development but are worried about the direction of employment. I am grateful that you shared the characteristics of the company for free, based on your experience, even though it was a short time.

This is a video I watched before I got a job, but I was able to understand it better after I started working. It was a useful time because it gave me the opportunity to learn about companies I had never worked for, and it gave me confidence because it explained the cases of the company I was working for accurately.

What you will gain after the course

  • 9 Types and Definitions of IT Development Companies

  • Main duties, work environment, pros and cons from the developer's perspective, and classification methods for each development company

If you are a developer and want to find a job, you will be invincible!
Discover 9 IT Development Companies 🔍

There are many IT development companies,
How about categorizing it into 9?

In this lecture?

In this lecture, we will categorize IT development companies into the following nine categories:

  1. SI company
  2. solution company
  3. Web agency company
  4. staffing company
  5. affiliates of major IT companies
  6. IT startup company
  7. IT service company
  8. IT leader company
  9. IT consulting firm

The lecture provided an overview of the overall company classification (Lecture 1) and detailed explanations of five categories (SI, solutions, web agencies, and affiliates of large IT companies). Due to the simple structure of human resources sourcing companies, detailed explanations were omitted. Furthermore, three categories (IT service companies, IT leaders, and IT consulting firms) differ in their characteristics (conditions, environment, and culture) beyond the basic classification and categorization, so detailed explanations were omitted.

For each of these nine companies, we'll share useful information, including their definitions, key responsibilities, revenue structures, work environments, pros and cons from a developer's perspective, how to categorize them, and simple application methods . This course was created to provide objective and detailed explanations of IT development companies, helping those considering a career in development, preparing for employment, or preparing for a career change make sound decisions.

To these people
I recommend it.

It is suitable for IT majors who are about to graduate, non-IT majors who are preparing for employment, and developers preparing for a career change .

Oh, are you talking about me?

  • I need to prepare for a job/career change, but it's difficult to find objective information about IT companies.
  • Subjective opinions are evaluated differently depending on the opinion.
  • The more I learn, the more I feel like my worries about employment/career in the IT development field deepen.

Through this lecture,

  • 👉 We help you choose a good IT company that suits your personality and capabilities by providing objective information while eliminating subjective opinions as much as possible.

This is a lecture that everyone who wants to become a developer should definitely watch before getting a job/changing jobs. It was easy to understand because it pointed out the profit structure and pros and cons from a developer's perspective, not just a simple definition, and it helped me a lot in deciding on my career direction. I am a SI career developer and I decided to change jobs because I was disappointed with the improvement of my technical skills, but since I have no experience other than SI, I was at a loss as to which company to go to. Then I found this lecture and was able to get a clear answer and confidence. Thank you for sharing the information you have accumulated through your long experience in this lecture. If there are people around me who are thinking about getting a job/changing jobs, I will definitely recommend it 😁
