Hello, this is Hatastore.

I am active under the nickname Hata+Store to suit the lecture.

Whenever I meet some people, there's always a question they ask me.

'Why Hatha?'

To put it simply, it comes from Hatha Yoga.

Ha and Tha mean the sun and the moon respectively.

In all activities, there are elements that interact with each other, such as yang and yin, sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.

If we approach it philosophically, we can say that Ha is the sun of Atma (soul) that never disappears.

Physiologically, it means to control the body with Suryanadi and Chandranadi, control breathing, and regain peace of mind. That is why I think it became a representative 'genre' of yoga.

The lectures I am giving are also intended to help those of you who are anxious about the future to take the lectures and experience Hatha, which will help you regain stability in body and mind, and develop the will to move forward .

As one of the parts that express the science of will, I hope that those of you who have just started the lecture will take it to the end and grow into more developed people.
