Mastering Claude Code: From AI Development Workflow Basics to Real-World Practice

I am writing to inform you of some changes regarding the lecture.

In the lecture video [Extended Thinking (ultrathink) and UI Improvement with Images], there is a scene where ultrathink is entered into the prompt; however, as of January 16, 2026, that keyword has been deprecated.

Previously, you had to manually enter ultrathink to tell Claude Code to "think deeply," but now even without entering anything, Deep Thinking mode is always turned on. It has actually become more convenient, so you don't need to worry 😊

Here is a summary.

• Before: Deep thinking mode is activated only after entering ultrathink

• Current: Deep Thinking mode is always on, even if you don't input anything.

You can skip the part in the lecture video where ultrathink is entered. The same effect is automatically applied even if you do not enter it.
