[Update] Changed version of 8.999 from v1.20.10 to v1.22.1

A problem with multi-context provided in the 8.999 lecture (unable to connect to pod with kubectl exec) was discovered.
The version has also been updated while patching.
- Current: 1.20.10
- New: 1.22.1
If you are taking the cka, ckad, or cks exams within 1-2 weeks, it would be better to keep the existing version.
If it's after 1-2 months, it might be a good idea to move to version 1.22.
Here are the main changes that have been patched:
- Change from cgourpfs to systemd
- Add /etc/default/kubelet configuration so that kubelet can directly get the IP of the current node.
