I've made it so you can check it for free along with a detailed explanation!

Haven't you heard things like this before?
Establish a base in Japan, set up a corporation, hire a Japanese national as the CEO, or participate in Japanese events. Things like that. Of course, these are actions that must be taken when the time is right. And they require at least one month and a cost of at least 1 million won.
Those who have taken the lecture will know.
If you are not sufficiently prepared, you may end up spending more time and money on corrections and revisions due to trial and error—despite having already paid upfront—or you may even face the moment where you have to shut down your business in Japan. This is why I put so much thought into creating this newsletter.
However, I believed that taking just a week at most to pause and conduct a check-up could save anywhere from hundreds of millions to tens of billions of won and lead to building a sustainable business. That is why I created this newsletter so that you can check these things for free.
I felt that overseas business, especially business in Japan, is as difficult as starting a company all over again.
Nevertheless, I felt a desire to support those who take on the challenge after seeing even a small possibility of success.
The Japanese business I previously built was primarily based on the "Zero to One" approach. While I managed to generate millions in revenue starting from nothing, the budget provided before reaching that point was incredibly insufficient. Because of this experience, I developed a habit of first achieving tangible results with what I have before committing to large expenses. Of course, there is no better environment than having a large budget to invest in a Japanese business.
By any chance, are there any of you who have already read the newsletter?
I am also curious if you have tried the Japan market entry checklist discussed at Jipang in January 2026.
Also, I wonder if anyone has completed the homework I gave at the end of the newsletter, and if there were any difficult parts?
If I create materials this year that would be helpful to look at alongside the lectures,
I will visit you like this from time to time. Since I consider those connected through the Japan business as potential colleagues, I am rooting for all of you to joyfully achieve the goals you envision for 2026.
Happy New Year 2026!
Hello everyone.
I'm Jin, who created the Japanese Business Essentials Q&A lecture that covers only the key points of major Japanese business topics.
It's been 8 days since the course launched. Isn't it difficult? I'm spending incredibly grateful days these days as more people than expected are cherishing the course.
There was one thing I found disappointing about the online lecture format. It was that I couldn't receive questions from students in real-time. Since I mainly conduct Japan business lectures in person, I really enjoy the process of studying together with questions that arise from the lecture and the derivative questions that come up on-site.
If you have any questions related to the lecture, I can provide answers. So everyone, if you have any curious questions while taking the lecture, please feel free to leave your questions anytime. Also, if you have suggestions like "I want to learn about this aspect of Japanese business through online lectures," please contact me via LinkedIn DM and I will actively take it into consideration!
And if you enjoyed the content after taking the course, please leave a 5-star rating along with a review.
It gives me tremendous strength and motivation!
Thank you all so much. Have a great day!
