Regarding new lecture updates

Hello, this is Rookiss.

Today's lecture [Part 2. Game Mathematics and DirectX12] has been uploaded.
Game mathematics that helps in creating 3D game content
This lecture covers the rendering pipeline.
Frank Luna's book [Introduction to 3D Game Programming with DirectX 12]
I recommend that you read it together as a reference book.
(The book is not very good or written in a beginner-friendly way, but
I feel like I have to read this since I have no other choice..)
If you already have experience with DirectX or OpenGL, you don't need to take this course.
For various reasons, I couldn't attend a full-year course at a regular game academy.
I hope this helps those who can't do it.

When I first created the C# series, I created it for the purpose of [showing the entire process of creating an MMO in a compressed form].
I often get vague questions like [Will I be able to get a job if I take the C# series?], [Will I be able to make a game like Lineage 2M?], etc.
I think it would be better to draw a clearer line on the intention of the lecture in the future.

So, to summarize, the goals of this lecture are:
- [Understand 3D game principles and rendering pipeline]
- [Unity, broadening the view of UE commercial engine]
- [Preparing for a New Client Developer Interview]

On the other hand, you should not expect the following:
- [Create a very good self-made engine]
- [Creating a portfolio with DirectX12]
- [Learn cutting-edge advanced graphics knowledge]

Rather than creating something complete,
I think it can be summarized as a lecture that covers the entire forest through practice .

Usually, the lectures are 100% completed and released, but
This time, many people have inquired in advance.
Exceptionally, I'm going up a little early
Some content will be added during April, including meshes, animations, and tools.
I feel like progress is continuing to lag behind the originally planned schedule.
As the lecture content becomes more difficult, it seems that it is difficult to accurately predict the schedule.
We are also aware that the tuition fees are set high.
Due to the nature of the C++ series, compared to the existing C# lectures,
Please understand that it may take about 5 times longer.

The next lecture is [Part 3. Data Structure and Algorithm] in order, but
Personally, I have to start R&D on server core again from scratch.
Let's skip Part 3 for a moment and get to the highlight of this series.
[Part 4. C++ IOCP Game Server] I plan to create it first .
I personally studied difficult content for 5 years and put it into one lecture.
I'm already having a headache wondering if I can contain it.
Since this is a field where there is very little public information,
For those interested in MMO technology or aspiring server programmers:
I think it will be a good guide.
The rough schedule is 4 months (January to April) for DX and 3 months (May to July) for server.
The next lecture is scheduled to open in July .

thank you!
