Microsoft will end support for Internet Explorer 11 early next year.

Hello. This is Coding Works.

There is some good(?) news for those who are involved in publishing.
Microsoft will end support for Internet Explorer 11 early next year.
I did a quick search and it says January 27, 2021, although I'm not sure if that's the exact date.
I'm not sure if this date is official, but it looks like Internet Explorer 11 support will end early next year.
I don't know what will happen to ActiveX issues used in domestic public institutions, etc.

CSS, which has been somewhat awkward to use because of IE up until now, seems like it will be possible to use it freely starting early next year.
For example, I couldn't use the very innovative CSS such as filter property, Flex, Grid, etc. because of IE, but it seems like it will be okay in the future.

We will work even harder on the production of the second installment of the Practical Publishing series, 'Flex and Grid Core Theory and Utilization Examples', which is scheduled to open soon.

To all Coding Works students in this hot weather~ I hope you always take care of your health and prepare well for the future.^^
