This is a useful lecture for those who are new to ansible and have some experience with infrastructure. You can get a feel for how to approach it just by listening to the lecture (but you have to study the in-depth part separately!)

Minimizing System Deployment Management Tool - Ansible Basics

Tools that minimize the time it takes to deploy and configure infrastructure are gaining popularity. Among them, Chef and Puppet are the most popular. However, these tools require longer installation and learning curves than other tools, and their concepts are also somewhat complex. Meanwhile , Ansible is the most popular configuration management tool in recent years . As a new technology, many people have likely felt overwhelmed by how to get started with Ansible.

This course is designed for beginners, covering everything from the very basics to 100% hands-on practice . I believe even non-experts will be able to follow along quickly and easily. I hope this course will help you minimize the time spent on system deployment and management, freeing you up for other exciting endeavors. And I look forward to that day coming soon :)
*There is a follow-up course that covers more practical content than this one. (Go to)

Introducing the knowledge sharer

Hoon Jo

An engineer who enjoys system automation and simplification. Having worked at IBM and Cisco, I have a balanced perspective on systems and networks, which I hope to leverage to become a data center engineer. I enjoy developing useful scripts and tools that avoid repetitive tasks and reduce human error. In the new IT world, I believe that even system and network engineers should be familiar with at least one tool for automating and simplifying configuration management to ensure their own value. I am currently active in the Ansible Korea user group and maintain a personal blog. I am also the author of "Practical Python Programming for System and Network Administrators."

At Megazone, I serve as a Tech Evangelist and a member of the CoE (Center of Excellence), focusing on Kubernetes and container infrastructure. My primary role involves modernizing and optimizing the costs of the Kubernetes environments used in the company's SaaS products, while also providing Tech Advisory and Container Architecture Design support for external clients. As a Global Ambassador for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), I contribute to the widespread adoption of cloud-native and AI-native technologies. Additionally, I serve as an organizer for the 'IT Infrastructure Engineer Group' and remain active as an open-source contributor.
I enjoy sharing knowledge, which has led me to teach courses on Ansible and Kubernetes on platforms like Inflearn and Udemy. Believing that knowledge truly gains meaning when documented, I have authored books such as "Kubernetes/Docker for Building Container Infrastructure Environments," "Elegant Ansible," and "Practical Python Programming for System/Network Administrators." I also frequently contribute articles to online platforms like YojeumIT.
