<Excerpt from Lecture Content - Developing a Planner's Mindset>
A proposal is not a difficult document.
We have done countless planning throughout our lives. You probably have experience soothing a child throwing a tantrum at home to buy a toy. In this process, we have been persuading others with our own arguments without even realizing it. The process of persuading the other party to carry out my argument is planning. (Omitted)
In daily life, since there are only a few people to persuade, documents are not necessarily required, but in a company, because there are many people to persuade, a document called a proposal is necessary. In other words, a proposal should be written according to the flow of this persuasion process. (Omitted)
Think of my proposal as being 70% complete
A proposal created by staying up all night alone is a fake proposal. A proposal is a representative "communication tool" of a company. Therefore, a proposal made by oneself without communication is a fake proposal. A real proposal is one that combines communication with superiors or colleagues. (Omitted)
Communication is not something that ends in one or two sessions. True communication involves refining the proposal through continuous mutual feedback throughout the entire writing process. (Omitted)
