[Update] Kubernetes version changed to v1.30

Kubernetes, which serves as a platform for Prometheus, has been updated to support the latest version, v1.30.
Accordingly, we added a ใcommonใ Kubernetes practice environment to ch2, and changed the existing Prometheus installation configuration to 2.11 only by changing the video number.
And what you all have been waiting for ๐ Now officially supporting Mac silicon (M1, M2, M3, arm64) ๐
However, since the harbor used in 6.3 and 9.2 is not officially supported by arm64, we will build it and provide it.
