Studying real estate, but Civil Law is common sense? 😮

There is probably no one who will go through life without ever making a real estate contract. Realizing this, many people start studying real estate early on. However, haven't you had the experience of taking a step back after being confronted with a barrage of difficult economic and legal terms once you actually started studying?

This course is designed for 'absolute beginners' who have no prior knowledge of real estate or law. We will read through provisions of the Real Estate Civil Act together and cover what those provisions mean and when and to whom they apply. Additionally, if the content of a provision is complex, we provide illustrations to help you digest the information more easily.

Through the <Real Estate Civil Law Common Sense for Everyone> lecture, let's find out what rights you have to protect yourself and what obligations you must fulfill!

Frequently Asked Questions 💬

Q. Why is Civil Law necessary for learning about investment?

To study real estate for wealth management, it is also necessary to study the relationship between the person who owns the property and the person who intends to buy it. You cannot help but be influenced by the law when it comes to what the right of real estate ownership entails, or when you lend a house to others or take out a loan using that house as collateral. I believe that investing without knowing the law is in the same vein as going to war without a shield.

Knowledge of civil law will serve as a shield to protect you. :D

Q. 'Civil Law!' It sounds unfamiliar just hearing it, but what exactly is civil law?

Civil Law (民法) is a law related to individual rights. It is also a law that applies to everyone and can be considered the most practically important law in life. After all, the provisions that distinguish between adults and minors are also included in the <Civil Law>!

While the Civil Code contains difficult content that only experts need to learn, it also includes basic information that would be beneficial for everyone to know. So, don't worry too much! In this lecture, I have removed overly difficult content and selected only the things that will be helpful to everyone who is unfamiliar with the law. :)

To those who wish to take this course 💌

When studying real estate, economic study is important, but legal study is just as important.

When buying or selling real estate, or when looking for a place to live on your own, and so on—many people enter into contracts without even clearly knowing what their rights are.

When making real estate-related contracts, it is the Civil Act that tells you what rights you have.

This course is not about making money. It is a course for building a solid foundation through which you can study money.

I believe that by taking this course, even if you are not a legal expert, you will gain basic legal knowledge, allowing you to respond with confidence whenever you encounter law-related issues in your life, unlike before.

"There is a saying, 'Knowledge is power!'" I would be grateful if this serves as a small stepping stone for your deeper and broader studies!
