There are some instructions regarding the lecture "Creating a YouTube Subtitle Summary Service".

It seems that YouTube has currently blocked the method of extracting subtitles without an API.

So, since the method provided in the current lecture is no longer valid, I will provide an alternative using the official YouTube method below.

Use the official YouTube API. (Free - but there is a daily quota limit. Quota means a set number of calls per day.)
