[Change] VMware Fusion is now free for commercial use

About 3 days ago, VMware released a product that can be categorized as a client product line.
VMware Fusion and Workstation have been made free for both commercial and non-commercial use.

Perhaps to expand the user base for VMware products (and naturally bring them into VMware Cloud)
It also reads that they will take a proactive approach to VirtualBox.
Anyway.. I think it's a good thing for consumers ๐

So, the part that was changed was actually difficult to use commercially, so the alternative that was suggested was UTM .
Since there is no longer a need for this, we decided to Deprecated that part.

Additionally, VirtualBox suddenly supports Apple Silcon ( reported by mildoneshot )
We did make it public, but we are looking into it internally, but it seems like it will be difficult to apply it right away.
If this part is later judged to be stable and can replace VMware Fusion,
I will try to change it.
