[Update] Kubernetes lab version changed to v1.30

The code and some videos have been modified to support the latest version of Kubernetes, v1.30.
The modified videos are all videos from 9.5, 9.6, B.001 and ch1. (Impact of changing from CentOS -> Ubuntu 22.04)
In addition, the 'Common' Kubernetes practice environment was added to ch2, and the video number of the existing video in ch2 was changed to 10.
Some application versions have been bumped to ensure compatibility with v1.30 (e.g. Kuber Dashboard)
And what you all have been waiting for 🎉 Now officially supporting Mac silicon (M1, M2, M3, arm64) 🙂
