This course focuses on systematically understanding the relationship between management and data, information, knowledge, and insights, and developing the ability to comprehensively interpret quantitative and qualitative data along with departmental activity information. Students will learn major management information systems such as MIS (Management Information Systems), ERP, CRM, KM, and SCM, and acquire various methods for analyzing external industry and competitive environments as well as internal environments. Furthermore, they will experience a step-by-step process of setting strategic directions, establishing value systems, and developing management strategies based on these foundations into concrete management plans. Through this course, learners will acquire practical capabilities that go beyond simply understanding data and information, enabling them to connect these elements to actual management strategies and implementation plans.
