Completed 100% of course

I heard that I have to learn C to become a great programmer. I bought a famous book and studied without understanding the purpose of C or why people tell me to learn C. I regret the past, but I am glad that I can now go in the right direction. I recommend this lecture that helped me a lot in learning C. A common saying about C is that the devil is in the details. C has a small amount of grammar, but it is not an easy language to learn. Since it gives programmers a lot of freedom, if you don't study it properly, you can fall into various traps. Also, if you don't understand computer systems first, you will have questions about the execution results of your code and you won't be able to resolve those questions. Many people, including me, study C without knowing this fact. The lecture, 'Learn C by Following Hong Jeong-mo' (Ttabae-ssi) can solve these difficulties. Based on excellent C language textbooks such as K&R, KNK, and C Prime plus, you can learn the standard of C language with certainty. Of course, it is not a lecture that is exactly as it is in the book, and there is a lot of additional content. Mr. Hong Jeong-mo, who created the lecture, has experience as a university professor and a programmer in Silicon Valley, and you can feel his inner strength. What is unique about this lecture is that it does not teach the grammar of C language right from the first lecture, but first teaches the operating principles of computers. Some of the content is also taught in computer architecture courses at universities, which is very helpful for understanding the later content. In addition, Mr. Ttaebae adopted the 'spiral learning model' in this lecture. Even after the lecture on the operating principles of computers is over, he does not only teach the grammar of C language, but also continues to explain CPU, memory, operating system, etc. little by little in the middle of the lecture. Also, since he repeatedly explains the content to be learned from the beginning to the middle and the latter part of the lecture, I was able to understand the content naturally while listening to the lecture. In addition, there were many features of Visual Studio, debugger usage, and other contents that are not covered well in regular C language books due to space constraints, which was good. I previously studied C language by reading a book alone. It was quite difficult because new concepts kept coming up in the latter half of the book. And even after reading the entire book, all that remained was grammar. On the other hand, when Mr. Tta-bae's lectures went towards the latter half, the content I had learned before was very naturally connected, allowing me to experience the puzzle of the C language being put together, and although it covered a lot of grammar, it was not a lecture where only grammar remained in my head. This is because Mr. Tta-bae's lectures do not only teach the C language. Through Mr. Tta-bae, I gained an understanding of computers and a stepping stone that I can use when learning other CS contents. As the title suggests, "Learn C language by following," I studied by following all the codes in the lectures, and although it took a long time to listen to one lecture, the content of the lectures that I have listened to once is hard to forget. I highly recommend Mr. Tta-bae to those who are studying C language for the first time, and to those who have studied C language but feel something is lacking.
